To strategically align our operations, effective Wednesday January 31st, 2024, we will be disabling and removing the Vast Crypto Mobile Banking application from Google and Apple, which means your Vast Crypto Mobile Banking account(s), including any Digital Assets held in custody, will be liquidated and closed.
Q: Can I transfer my cryptocurrency to another exchange or platform?
A: We do not support wallet to wallet transfers. All cryptocurrencies must be sold within the Vast Mobile Banking app and the USD funds withdrawn.
Q: I live in the Tulsa area; can I still bank with Vast?
A: Absolutely! We welcome you to visit any of our branch locations, where we are ready to assist in transitioning your account. We have a variety of product offerings available, with more details available online at www.vast.bank.
Q: My account was closed before I withdrew my funds, how will I receive my money back?
A: Accounts closed with available USD funds will have a cashier’s check mailed to their address on file.
Q: How do I get my statements and other account documents once my account is closed?
A: To receive account documents after your account has been closed, please email mobilesupport@vast.bank. Verification may be required for requests received from an email not on file.
Q: Will I receive a 1099 form?
A: If applicable, a 1099-INT for interest earned in 2023 will be mailed no later than January 31st, 2024, via USPS.
